Ms. Yu Hong, was appointed as the Board Secretary and Joint Company Secretary of the Company in December 2024, with primary responsibility for administrative management and board affairs. Holding a postgraduate degree, Ms. Yu currently serves as the Director of the Board Office and the Office Director of Capital Environment Holdings Limited. Since joining the Company in June 2012, she has held various roles, including Deputy General Manager and General Manager of the Corporate Management Department. With over a decade of experience in corporate management, particularly in the environmental protection and capital market sectors, Ms. Yu is highly proficient in formulating corporate development strategies, advancing sustainable development policies, and overseeing capital market operations.

Mr. Dai Xiaodong, was appointed as the Company's Deputy General Manager in June 2022, and is mainly responsible for the technology-related work and investment in incineration-related and organic solid waste projects in the Company. Mr. Dai holds a bachelor's degree in engineering and is a senior engineer. Mr. Dai has extensive experience in solid waste treatment. He had worked in Beijing Nanuo Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd. (北京钠锘环境工程有限责任公司) and China Urban Construction Research Institute (中国城市建设研究院). He joined the company in 2011 and successively served as the deputy general manager of the engineering technology department, the general manager of the technical support department, the technical director and the general manager of the technical center, the technical director and the general manager of Beijing Capital Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., (北京首创环境科技有限公司) and the technical director and general manager of the product solution department etc.

Mr. Guo Chaoyang, was appointed as the deputy general manager of the Company in June 2022. He is mainly responsible for the strategy and operation of the Company. Mr. Guo holds a master’s degree and is an intermediate economist. Mr. Guo joined the Company in 2012. He has extensive experience in corporate operation and operation management. He had successively served as the general manager of the corporate management department and the general manager of the operation and management centre of the Company.

Ms. Wang Ying, was appointed as the Chief Accountant of the Company in November 2024, with full responsibility for overseeing the Company's financial management. Holding a bachelor's degree and a Certified Public Accountant qualification in China, Ms. Wang brings a wealth of experience to the role. Prior to joining the Company, she served as the Financial Head of the Urban Water Services Division at Beijing Capital Eco-Environment Protection Group Co., Ltd. Ms. Wang has extensive practical experience in financial management and capital operations, making her well-suited for her new position.
